We may also access, preserve, and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm.  


Online Marketing: we may use, and when appropriate, disclose your Personal Information for marketing and market research purposes to learn more about our users and offer and improve our Platforms. We will only contact you for direct marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Aggregated Data: we may disclose aggregated, non-Personal Information about Platform users without restriction 


Business Transaction: If missINFORMED is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy. 

How Long Do We Retain Data? 


We keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed as set out in this Privacy Policy. These periods vary depending on the nature of the information and your interaction with us. 

We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Product, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods. 

When the purposes for which we processed your Personal Information have concluded, we will either permanently delete or destroy the relevant Personal Information or anonymize it, in a manner that ensures individuals are no longer identifiable.  


If you decide you no longer want an account with us, you can delete your account by submitting a request for deactivation. Requesting deactivation can be accomplished by emailing us at By deactivating, your account will be permanently deleted. This means, for example, that you won’t get messages or emails from us anymore. Once your information has been deleted, you will not be able to restore that information later. You should be aware that certain information about you may still be available on other users’ apps and will not be deleted by us.

Children’s Privacy 

our Platform does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children" or “Child”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any user under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
